After an incredible 28-year journey with K D Construction, our Managing Director, Ken Iley, will be retiring on 30th September 2025. He has been an inspiring leader & mentor, and has guided us through countless milestones which has shaped the company in to what it is today.

As we celebrate Ken’s well-earned retirement, we are thrilled to announce Amanda Duckett as our new Managing Director, effective 1st October 2025. Amanda has been with K D Construction for 19 years and she has a passion and vision that will help us build on the strong foundation that Ken leaves behind.

Amanda says: “It’s a real privilege to step into this role and to follow in the footsteps of Ken Iley. He has left big shoes to fill, and I hope to do him proud. As K D Construction continues to grow, we will continue to support our learners, and strengthen our place in the construction training industry.”

K D Construction would like to reassure all of our customers and learners that our mission, values, and commitment to delivering exceptional training remain unchanged. Our dedicated team, services, and strategic direction will continue as before.

We are enthusiastic about what lies ahead and are currently developing new courses that respond to the evolving needs of the construction industry. These new courses will ensure our learners gain the most relevant and up-to-date skills.
